Episode 1 – Leading service change
Caroline and Paul talk to Dr David Hambleton and Sian Jarvis about leadership and NHS service change.
Sian is a former BBC journalist before joining the Department of Health where she became Director General for Communications serving twelve years across DoH, the NHS and Public Health Marketing. Sian has extensive senior leadership experience in the NHS and as an external consultant.
Dr David Hambleton recently stepped down as the Chief Executive of NHS South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group in the North East of England having led several extensive service change programmes. David worked as a consultant geriatrician before stepping over to work in commissioning.
